There are many challenges facing the on-site industry. The author asked various professionals/ practitioners to provide some of their views. This paper summarizes responses from a crosssection of the industry. The author modified, added to and combined some and attached comments to each listing. There was no attempt to rank the challenges, but two of the most important are management and education.
