Keywords:   neural network, sterilization, solid polymer electrolytic

1)Ozone was caused by a solid polymer electrolytic quality film, and the surface of the orange was sterlized.

2)The influence which ozone concentration, temperature and time exerted on the sterilization rate was examined by using the neural network.

3)A high sterilization rate could be achieved in the ozone concentration of 0.6ppm.
