Reduction of global warming gasses and development of rural area for agriculture is a motivation of our project. A community-based precision farming Japan model introduced gives an innovative scenario of Japanese agriculture aiming at rural development with sustainability and profitability. CO2-fixing greenhouse a biomass-producing facility plays a role of reducing the global warming effects as well as producing value-added products. This paper tries to make a tentative plan for combining the precision farming Japan model and the CO2-fixing greenhouse system as a new program for sustainable development of rural areas.
