In this paper, an assembly language software program and its testing on a TP-801 single board microcomputer control system, which runs in a multi-function greenhouse with wide span, double slope south-facing roof and diverse triangle construction, are presented. The control system employs a Z80 CPU as a single board microcomputers control core, and its assembly language software was programmed to detect and control the greenhouse internal temperature between 15 to 35 degrees centigrade and relative humidity between 49 to 99%. It also intermittently started the operation of seedling boards with a rack wheel every 10 minutes as well as changed its running period between 10 to 100 seconds. The software continuously displayed the detected temperature and humidity on line, printed measured data at given times, and sounded an alarm whenever the testing values surpassed the control ranges or scopes. It was shown that in both laboratory tests and practical runs this electronic control system worked stably and credibly and possessed control accuracy with given temperatures in the 0.5 degree C and humidity in the 4% RH range.
